International Orders (Outside the US)

It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to cover all applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, fees, and charges associated with the purchase of products or services from TOKU-E Company. This includes, but is not limited to, sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), import duties, and any other governmental charges that may apply.

In addition, the Purchaser is responsible for the clearance of the package with customs or other regulatory authorities upon its arrival. This responsibility includes providing any necessary documentation and paying all associated clearance fees or charges required by local, state, national, or international regulations.

By completing a purchase, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to assume all such costs and responsibilities. TOKU-E Company shall not be held liable for any tax-related expenses, customs duties, clearance fees, or delays arising from these obligations.
