Framycetin Sulfate (syn: Neomycin B Sulfate) is the sulfate salt form of Neomycin, a broad-spectrum aminoglycoside antibiotic derived from Streptomyces fradiae. Neomycin B is ~ 65% more active than its stereoisomer, Neomycin C, and ~ 90% more active than Neomycin A, the minor component of the Neomycin complex. Framycetin Sulfate is soluble in water.
