Poly(vinylpyrrolidone)-Iodine complex

Poly(vinylpyrrolidone)–Iodine complex or "tamed iodine" is used as a topical antiseptic. PVP-I gradually releases active iodine, killling gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, fungi, parasites, viuses and yeasts.
