Fumitremorgin C is a tremorgenic mycotoxin isolated from Aspergillus fumigatus. It reverses multidrug resistance mediated by BCRP and increases cytotoxicity of several anticancer agents in vitro.
Fumitremorgin C is soluble in ethanol, methanol, DMF or DMSO. Poor water solubility.
