    Mechanism of Action Tacrolimus forms complexes with other immune proteins which inhibit IL-2 cytokine production which ultimately suppresses T-cell proliferation and cytotoxicity.
    Eukaryotic Cell Culture Applications Tacrolimus can be used in mammalian cell culture to study the effects of T-cell mediated cytotoxicity.
