    Psychotridine

    R$1,424.64 - R$4,966.08

Psychotridine is the main component of an alkaloid complex isolated from Psychotria beccaroides by Lamberton and colleagues (CSIRO, Australia) in 1974. Psychotridine is structurally related to hodgkinsine. The structure of psychotridine was revised in 1999. Psychotridine is cytotoxic and inhibits platelet aggregation. Psychotridine exhibits dose-dependent analgesic activity in capsaicin-induced pain models and inhibits radioligand binding postulated to involve NMDA receptors.
